Anyone have fish tanks / aquariums

Just checking to see if any members here are into Fish tanks and aquariums. If so what do you have for fish ? Fresh water or salt water ? How big are Your tanks ? I have had tanks from ten gallons up to 450 gallons , huge monster catfish , piranhas , peacock bass , exodons , fire eels , Im thinking about setting up a small fish store with just rare and exotic fish here in NH. I work for a fish site online at Aquatics Worlds Forums - Unreal Portal if anyone wants to check us out.

It's funny how a lot of the fish people share the same hobbies. A lot of people on my fish site are into quads and hot rods.

I'll post a pic of my tank tonight , I have 2 freshwater fancy goldfish ( fantails ) the orange one is kinda mean and bullies other fish that we try to introduce , the black one is huge , has the bug eyes and is friendly , I'll pet his back and he jumps in the tank after he eats , pretty cool fishies

i got a 20 gallon in my room, got a black moor gold fish, 2 mickey mouse platty's, a neon tetra, another tetra(forgot what its called) and 2 baby guppies(i breed them and sell the babies)

Thats cool. I like the guppies. They breed very often and make good fish food for the bigger fish. If You want to have some fun breeding fish try convicts. They breed like crazy.....everytime I turn around I have more convict babies.

I have a few fish tanks myself.But to be honest I like my outdoor pond the best.I built it last year and already want to make it larger.lol I will post some pics of my small pond shortly.

Thats one of my dreams. I have always wanted a huge pond that I make myself. I built a pretty nice one a few years ago but as soon as It was done I moved so i never enjoyed it. I would love to see pics of Your pond.

i have a 30 gallon with a pretty big "dempsey" in it, i cant put any other fish with him or he kills them

well here is my little buddy. he or a she? is an African Cichlid, i got it 4 years ago when it was a little guy. now it is 5 or 6" long. ive moved 4 times since then and the fish has come with me every time. "Fish" is the name and it will eat almost every thing, from sandwiches to ants, other fish, and one time a long time ago a little "mary jane". We have a ten gallon tank but we have two lizards in it! A green anole and a long tail. The long tail is a foot long and as big around as a pencil. I swear it is a snake with legs. It's really cool to watch them chow on crickets!

My dad used to have a 250 gallon freshwater tank, he had an 18 inch blue channel cat, 3 brown oscars and an albino oscar, plus a bunch of other things. His pump crashed while we were gone and killed them all within hours.

I had a 10 gallon tank for my daughters with tetra's in it, then we moved and flushed them down the toilet. My wife and I are thinking of getting them another tank soon
