Does any one know exactly what 'force balancing' implies?
I got into trouble the other day for balancing $2000 that I "didn't have".
The scenario was that I was getting my cash audited, so they check what I had in my vault. However, I had left 2K in my work station, but it was in a locked drawer. So the boss tells me how were they supposed to know all the money was there? that I had taken some money?
In the end the money was counted and verified(it was all there). If the bank has a camera, wouldn't they have seen me? wouldn't another teller or any person have noticed it?
