whats up guys I got an 03 yb. It's running on a bills pipes exhaust, open air box and oil injection removed. Also its on maxxi razrs rear tires, but I just got douglas wheels and maxxis razrs all around (on order). Everything else looks pretty much stock. Whats crazy is my buddy has a complete stock blaster and mine seems to have so much more power all around than his. Anyways trying to figure out what kind of mods to do to make it "torquier". I ride only trails.

First should I get rid of this exhaust? I was thinking of picking up a toomey or f7. Which would be better? also was thinking of getting a custom air box.

Second should I just keep what I have and just get it P&P?

thanks in advance for the help guys

welcome to the forum bro. and get what YB said. You can also change your gearing for more grunt.

I dont know if a bills pipe is mid or high pipe. But if you want a new pipe for trails (are they tight or open?) get midrange pipe. you dont wanna lose to much top end.

thanks yb. Thats what I was thinking, but do I need that big of a carb?

The trails I ride are pretty tight trails not many places for wide open throttle.

you might wanna look into a lowrange pipe then also. I dont even know if they are made for blasters.

thanks guys. First I'm gonna try to find a used carb if not buy new. Let me know if u guys know of any deals please. Then look into p&p.

I only ride trails to and I got a suspension upgrade which is very helpful such as the banshee front shocks, and the 400 ex rear shock.I suggest that for trails.

oconnor racing sells a bushing setup for the 400 ex rear shock if you go that way.

Yeah I'm going with the p&p and the carb. Also I like the sound of bills pipe exhaust, I just couldnt get any info on the exhaust.

thanks for the info guys

yeah I'm talking to Brandon to see what type of port job would be good.

Again if you guys of any good deals on a carb let me know.I:I
