Hi guys well i bought the 1984 rm 125 but after going over it and taking engine apart i figured out it needs £1400/$2000 spent to put it right. i waned to get another bike to fix that wouldn't cost so much as i am skint until i get a job or until the end of the year at xmas time. i got offered a 250cc KTM 1996 model.
im picking it up in the next hour or so i will add pictures once i have got it home
swapping £190/$290 and about £100/$150 worth of dvds and xbox 360 games and a ipod. i reckon about £400/$700 and il be up and running as guy said the bottom end is perfect it needs piston rings but i would just stick a new Wiseco Top end Kit On,Petrol Tank and side panels. but the side panel ain't important the now just want to get it running.
so have a look out for a new project
