I have noticed when im driving that the engine sound like its being limited in its revs. But when i decelerate and accelerate it, it goes back up to high revs. my guess is that there is too much 2 stroke going into the engine and am wondering if there is a way to adjust the amount of 2 stroke coming in from the 2 stroke tank.

It's not an adjustable system. I would check your motor with a leak down test and clean your carb. I would take a look at what jet size your running.

Yes. The oil injection is very nice to have if it worked properly. The easiest way to block it of is to take out the oil pump gear block off all the lines for the oil injection and buy a block off plate. It may also pay to unplug the tors. And don't forget to rejet.

Are you talking the amount of 2s OIL going into engine? Maybe try to clerify this.

When was the last time you cleaned the carb/ air filter, or changed the plug?

Do you have any modifications to it? Still have oil injection?

Normally when you accelerate it should go back up to high revs :o

Do not blame the oil pump, it delivers an adequate amount of oil.

Does it smoke excessivly?

Oil does not usually interfere with the revving of a motor, its nearly always fuel related.

The problem sounds like fuel starvation, it boggs and then when you get off the gas for a moment the carb tops up a little.

I think a carb clean, float adjust and plug chop is needed.

When was the last time you tested for air leaks?
