Been working on this for a short while and just finally finished this up.I was looking to be able to see how much fuel is actually in the tank, gaining more wrench room, and a tray to be able to mount all my electronics.I made some delrin spacers to take up the difference of the stock tank grommets.I also used nylon washers to keep the two disimilar metals from touching.I also wanted this tank to fit under the stock tank cover. Here is some tank pics.

Thats dope! How much fuel does it hold compared to stock?

Thanks,To be honest I have not measured but will within the next few days.I am also going to put it on the scales along with a stock tank to see the weight difference.I will report back but if I had to guess it will hold close to a gallon.I don't plan to run nearly that much,as little as I can most likely.

Finally had time today to put some methanol in the tank to see how much it holds and also to pressure test it for leaks. This tank holds just about a gallon of gas and no leaks.I:I
