air screw adj??

well i got some new jets 4 myself 240/250/260 mains jets , i got a uin air filter and the air box lid is ful of 1/4 in holes , so it pretty open to air , the rest of the bike is stock, so i put the 250 jet in and it runs good ,starts good , idles good , but the plug looks a little rich , i was worndering if i could adjs the air screw just to lean it a little ?????, the air screw is at 1-1/2 turns out , thats stock.

take the lid off with the 250 and see how that works if not go down to the 240

Got it , just drilled more holes in my lid worked out great , thanks guys
