Air/Fuel Ratio

what the title is.. what are the factory air/fuel ratio turns.. i have a manual and it doesnt say.. im finally finishing up my quad so i can ride and i dont know what the freakin setting is.. so yea can someone tell me how many screw out im supposed to have

That may be true for a stock bike , but a bike with mods has to be more fine tuned. It can be anywhere from 1/2 - 2 1/2 turns out depending on your mods and jets. The best was to determine is through a plug chop

i have another question for those with newer blasters.. there is a black tube on the back of my carb that's preventing me from taking it off and i need to get it off.. how does this tube come off.
pulling there is restriction and it goes to the motor from the back of the carb. there is a brass thing on it, it looks like it helps keep it on.. yea what is it and can i take it out?

right now I am 1.5 turns out on a keihin 28mm pwk carb I have the full b1 toomey , no air lid, uni filter, agressive dune port, head shaved .025 , polished dome, +4 timing advance, and a 142 main and a 45 pilot.

the black tube to your carb is for the oil injection

yeah. if you slide the brass thing down the tube away from the carb you can pull the tube off.

if you take it off permanently you need to completely remove the oil injection and plug that hole in the carb so no dirt/water gets in there.
