does anybody know where i can get a aftermarket coil and how do they perform and are they better than stock

i have an "amr monster coil" supposed to be a flame thrower, look it up, i used it for a few rides, but had some jetting issues with my new porting, and 34mm carb, so in the process of straightening that all out, i put my stock coil back on, it was then suggested that with my radical head cut, being so close to the piston, all that fire may not be good for my motor work, so i left it off

That good to know awk. I have a OConnor head on my bike an was wondering abou a bigger coil. You answered my question and that is a good deal for a good coil too.
