I dont really have much power problems on flat ground but up in the mountains on steep grades at low rpms dont have much power! Full throttle is the only time i start to really climb! Is this normal, its only a 200! I have to keep the rpms really high to get climbing with any power....? is this normal, or carb issues?

how use to a two stroke are you? i believe that your tuning is fine, the problem is probaby that your nont use to a little 200 two stroke. they need to be reved up and kept in the power band to have good power, keep the rpm's up and youll have plenty of power to climb hills or even flip over backwards!!!
imo

so I wont cause damage keeping the engine rpms up high for long periods of time!

im not saying to hold it full throttle in a low gear for extended periods of time, but no...you wont cause damage by winding out a two stroke, they are ment to keep reved up, most two strokes have a very noticable power band that you will feel when all in a sudden it seems like it gets very throttle responsive, that is normaly in higher rpms. keps your rpms up , higher than a normal 4 stroke. two strokes love to be throttled on !!!! keep it in the power band (btw, do you kno wwhat i mean by that statement? if not send me a pm) they take it and ask for more ....haha

yeah man, blasters suck at low rpm's, but when the powerband snaps in, she rips! its hard to believe that that little tiny piston can make that much power. keep it rev'n!
