30mm Jetting Help Needed

My 30mm came with a 45 pilot and 150 main and it was running extremely lean. Now with Vito's recomendations it has a 152 main and a 150 pilot. Running good with chike on but no idle with choke off. Plug still looks realy leanand I haven't even put on the exhaust yet. Any jetting advise for the setup in my sig?

You need the exhaust on the motor, thats why it 's lean.

puttin the exhaust on is going to lean it up more do a plug chop and up ur main til its good. wat kind of carb is it?

Its a Keihin PWK. Will the main affect the idle at all? The carb manufacter said to up the pilot for the idle and the main just for 1/4 to full throttle. I contacted Vito's and they said to use the 50 pilot and start with a 165 main, does this sound right?

If they said anything it was a 50 pilot 160 main.
You need the pipe on to jet it.

ahahah this is ludacris! ,you ~MUST put your pipe on the thing ..THEN* jet accordingly and of coarse its lean the return wave that is meant to scavenge is being sucked in by a very short 2 inch dimater hole in the backside of your jug lol ...just do it right and report back before you wad your engine

Thanks I'll install the exhaust then repost, after I get it right I want to send the head to you to get it done. What kinda horsepower would I be seeing after that?
