How much is that kit- I never asked him about those kits. I have talked with the owner a couple of times and he seems knowledgeable. I know that you have to call them for that kit and the 240 kit pricing. For my use @280#'s he recommended a 4mm stroke and stock bore plus a 35mm a/s, vf3, cpi pipe, and the necessary machine work. He said that I would get a reliable 38whp. He also told me that the big bore kits produce more heat and since I was concerned about heat- he told me to stay with the stock bore. I have talked with a couple of people that have used CPC and they were impressed with the work.
That kit will overheat if ridden hard. It isn't a kit that you can run for very long, especially if stroked and high compression.
