240 big bore kit

some guy in my local area is selling a 240 big bore240 cylinder with fresh bore,new 72.5 mm piston,big bore gasket set for $250. he just came down from 300 so i guess hes desperate. if i buy this what else do u need to buy for it to run correctly/not sieze up.

Bigger carb or jet kit,and a good exhaust to get the power from the 240.

What cylinder is it.It may be a stock cylinder with a 240 sleeve and if it is $250 is okay not great.If it is a vitos 240,ct,airsal etc then it's a steal for that price.
