Stock except fmf fattys and a 220JET TORS deleted runs awsome in idle revs almost to full rpm. After warm up its boging slightly at 50% throttle and 3/4 is worse. If I gradually accelerate I can get 90% throttle no bog. Just went threw carb and reeds vary small crack or imperfection on one of the reeds . Any ideas. First post help me out if I leave something out. Peace guys.

Welcome !!

Your problem is too small of main jet. Do not run it until you install correct jets.
IIRC, you will be 270-290 range, plug chop/read will confirm size.
Also, plan now on replacing those reeds asap, they won't get any better, otherwise you'll be asking why it's doing _____

Faltering at 1/2 to 3/4 could also point to a lean needle, the clip should be in the middle slot.

The #220 main may just be hindering the flow to the needle jet some at 3/4 throttle.

If the needle is from an aftermarket kit it could well be the wrong one, is the needle red or blue?

Thanks for reply so fast! it did run fine on this jet so, I checked the needle(wasnt in middle) seems to be back to perfect tho I didnt get a test ride gotta go make more money for toys. Thanks agin guys. Ride on!

Sorry to be a pain but you need to do as Larry said, put at least a #280 main jet in there or take a very large risk of cooking the piston very soon.

The FMF Fatty itself calls for a #260 main jet.

Ok got the jet kit and will try that tomorrow and post results thanks agin ps after test ride it would still bog near high throttle

If it is faltering near WOT then up the main jet a couple of sizes.

You mentioned a jet kit, often the jets in a kit are not the correct size, plug chop the jet to confirm that it works.

That bog at high throttle is a lean bog basically not enough gas to air very bad for the engine can cause catastrophic problems in a hurry or at least shorten the life of the engine running it like that
