2003 blaster no start

My 2003 blaster wont run it starts for one or two pops then dies sometimes it will backfire I have spark and comp is good also im getting fuel im thinking its electrical, also the tors system is still conected is this the problem and whats the right way to remove it ive read alot of posts all with different ways

PS I just oiled the airfilter and put it back in could this be making it run to fat

Nevermind figured it out run great now, my dumbass didnt ring out the airfilter after I oiled it must have been to restrictive or something rung it out and all good now
