2000 Blaster price help!

OK.. My neighbors are selling there 2000 blaster and i was wondering how much i could buy it for? It has been garaged kept for about 8 months has new front fenders and clsoe to new wheels and it has been bored out to a 240 and from what they say the guy they bought it from raced it and remmber its a 200 its 8 years old and it also has the slip on fmf powercore 2 and it also has a racing rear brake and it was really dusty when i went ot look at it so how much could i give them for it? its really clean!I:I

twenty bucks lol ask them if there leting you set price tell em you will give em 600 bucks or somthing around there but i would say its worth 900 without lookin at it nad you cant bore stock cylinder to 240 prolly .40

Well see it has 240cc engine in it from them boring it thats what i mean

NO it comes stock with 200cc it has 240cc in the engine right now its a 240CC engine displacement!! But im not going to arugue over that im wanting to know how much i give them for it
