I just bought a 700 dollar blaster and finally have it almost where i want it, but i still think its missing something. For starters, and it has no air filter. If i get one, will it lower or raise the power? ( believe me i know i should get one ) Also, what else should i do for bottom end that isn't too expensive. I tend to ride my girl on the back on trails and it doesn't like us both to be on there since I'm 205lbs and shes 105lbs.

idk dude.. im 6'5" and weight 285 and my blaster moves pretty good.i have a 12tooth sprocket on the front so maybe that's where i make it up.

yeah get a 12 tooth sprocket that will gear you down some and do not i repeat DO NOT RUN IT WITHOUT A FILTER it makes it run lean and 2strokes can really get messed up with the littlest pieces of dirt

alright, well i guess i should get a filter then I:I and also get used to my new 2 stroke, i was on a honda crf so im still adjusting. Thanks for the sprocket idea too! I did that on my old dirtbike and it make a big difference.

listen to them about the air filter. i made that mistake an. it made huge effects on my bike.. an it is smart to get a new one an is cheaper to get k&n filter cleaner. DO NTO RIDE WITHOUT FILTER..

I wont bash the filter thing into the ground haha. Some other mods not mentioned that will add bottom end power from least to most expensive...: Advanced timing, headwork, portwork, stroker crank and big bore cylinders.
