06 blaster problem in 6th gear

Hi im posting for my buddy , I guess his blaster. Like spits and spudders in sixth gear. Only. He does not have tors or anything , any ideas ? If helps . The guy he bought from had a b1 pipe on it and now has stock pipe. And did not rejet could be or. Thanks

Jetting would be the first step. With the B1 jetting, your running rich .

Would it only do it in 6th though ?

6th gear is where the engine is needing more throttle to respond owing to load, come down a few sizes and give it a try. Make sure the needle is a standard needle and on the middle clip.

Also, I have a 89 blaster , any one know much about clutch forks ? I think I need new one . Won't grab any gear any knowledge of how much is to fix or if an
yone has any parts
