I have an 04 Blaster, it will start and run but only for a minute or 2 then it back fires and dies, i dont have any idea whats going on, i took the carb off and everything looks good? I dont understand it, I am getting some oil in the air cleaner box under the seat and a little dripping from where the air cleaner mounts to the back of the carb? Any help would be awesome!!:-/

of course pull the carb and give it a good cleaning
then the intake and have a look at the reeds, check for cracks/chips
but backfiring is usually firing at the wrong time, out of timing???
gotta pull the flywheel and check the woodruff key
