hey guys, new to the forums, greetings to everyone
I took upon the challenge of buying a 03 blaster from a friend. its been sitting outside for 2 years.
Anyways, here is my issue.
After cleaning the carb 3 times, changing the spark plug, buying a new cdi box, new ignition coil... the quad starts up and idles!!! BUT. the second i give it gas, it dies..
Whatever i do it will just die.
the carb is 100% clean.

I am completely stuck, i have no clue what could be the issue anymore.
it is getting spark/ gas. everything it needs.

any help would be grateful.
The quad has the oil injection disconnected.
I was thinking maybe it is the TORS system? Because i do not have the TORS computer on the blaster... maybe that could be disconnected wrong?
Do i just disconnect the thumb throttle cable and the cable comming off the carb?
Thanks

disconnect wire on clutch lever take off nose/headlight to get to it to unplug it,

or unplug it at clutch lever press it in all the way with your hand and start it to see if that is the problem

okay i will try it tomorrow, just wondering what will that do?
Thanks

Clogged exhaust or intake with a critter nest will cause similar problems..

if parking break is engaged it wont rev up , just unplug it anyways unless you want to use parking break and have no throttle at all when it is engaged...do you have stock clutch perch?
