03 blaster motor locked up

I recentlly rebuilt the carb on my blaster and took it to a property to test ot out, the carb passed the inspection and all was good untill i let someone else borrow it. He doesnt know how to drive manual transmission atv's but i still let him borrow it, he put it in 1st gear and took off, not knowing it was a manual transmission, he reved it and practiclly gave it full throttle on 1st gear, the firt red flag was wen i sad a larger smoke cloud than usual coming from the exhaust, i told him to stop for a lil to i could check it and it shut off, i tried to crank it again and i started but sounded like it had a really heavy load on it, then it shut off again, this time when i tried to start it again the kik start crank was really hard, and hasent started since then, many have told me my motor is locked but idk imm not a mechanic, what can i do to fix it and how much is it going to cost? Thx for the help!

You may need to do a compression test!

Pull the exhaust pipe off and look up the exhaust port for signs of piston damage!
