01 Blaster Wont Start

I've just change the engine & 2-stroke oil and cleaned the carburetor with a new spark plug. I took a spin for a little and at a light when i geared down my bike shut off & didnt start back up. I had to ride back to my house & still haven't seem to find the problem. someone please help. Thank you

You need to provide way more info. How did it act when it stalled. What have you tried so far?

Does it have fuel? Spark?

Everything ran good, sounded fresh and all. It has a bit spark to it. But i guess that its the carb problem. My friend move that engine fuel plug to a wrong place in the carb so now its a big block of oil thats blocking the air screw
