01 blaster no mid or top end

iv'e cleaned the carb, fresh 93 octane, new oii.new spark plug ,new air filter. will not run at mid to high rpms without the airbox lid off. did a compression check ...130lbs.can't figure out what the problem could be. also i removed the tors

when u change ur filter..u need to rejet....and i would get rid o the oil tank and pre-mix your gas/oil yourself...
