Ok so i was looking at my wifes blaster today when she started it up, and there was a ton of blue smoke comming out of it. i check the plug and it was wet. after she was done riding it i looked at the overflow and it was dripping gas like crazy. so i took the carb apart and took a look at the main jet. its stock (230) i have no clue what to do. here are the mods she has.

boyson power reeds (thats what the person that sold is to us said, i have not checked)

K&N air filter with outerwears, air box lid removed

stock pipe with FMF turbine core 2 silencer.

the person we bought it from also said they just rebuilt the top end, they said it bored the next size up from stock.

i have no idea what to do. should i jet down more? i have no idea how to adjust the needle? help please. thanks

I believe to adjust the needle on the stock carb you just have to pull the spring up to get slack in the cable and push the cable down and out of the groove its setting in. To lean it out move the clip up one spot, to drop the needle down farther. When the blaster come from the factory, they come a little rich. If your not fouling plugs very often, I wouldn't worry about it.

it does foul plus alot. every few hrs of riding. my blaster has a 250 main in it and runs great. i just dont know what the people did to it before me. im gonna go look and try and adjust the needle. thanks 245stroker.
