leaky seals blaster won’t start

Bought this blaster over a year ago. Ran awesome up until this last month. Started to run crappy, and smoke a lot more. Changed to reeds and cleaned the carb. Put it all back together. Realized the stator side seal is leaking. Try to start it after I put the reeds and carb back ran crappy for...
