I got this 1999 Blaster the guy before me bored out to a 250cc. Oil injections deleted so is tors. The guy cut allot of electrical components out so it’s basically hardwired. When in neutral it will rev up to a certain point about 1/4 throttle and cut. Sometimes will bog. New carb and new jets...
