O.K, I pulled the carb and the main (in the float bowl) says 280 on it. I'm not sure what your calling the pilot or air screw. I could use a schematic of the carb. What are your thoughts on the needle setting? the "c"clip is on its highest groove. And the 280 main?

I just finished putting a fresh top end on a 99' blatser that was given to me for my kids. After 3rd kick it fired right up. First time I've had it running since it was given to me. Rough low end and wet plug. I can get it to clean up into the power band if I open the throttle up and it stays...
