The symptom matches the evidence too. The cylinder fins were wet with residue, seeping from where the reeds bolt to the cylinder. With TORS canceling out the spark, that unburnt fuel had to go somewhere!

Everything is 100% original on the quad. It's never been opened, nothing has ever been replaced. Super low hours. All original.

MICHAEL K I am having this exact issue. What do you mean you were missing a piece of plastic that connected the main and pilot jet? What piece of plastic? Did it fall out and you had to put it back in? Is this a piece of plastic you had to order? More details would be greatly appreciated!
