How are the sprockets? sprocket teeth should not be hooked. that would indicate you need a sprocket and chain kit.

More power with no money screams port me! Go to the Library get all the old 2 stroke tuning/porting books you can find. Then double check your numbers with online new stuff. there are many port calculators online. Some people might crunch the numbers for you if you know what ur talking about.
