Yup, I was already 2/12 turns out of the air screw. I can't seem to get the stripped screw out. I think I will just try a different jet. Is this called the pilot or slow jet? I'm assuming I would need to go a size BIGGER?

Buttoning up my project Blaster. Replaced the silencer from the full Trinity system with a Pro Circuit Silencer/SA. I plan on using a Uni filter. The air box lid has been removed. I'm at sea level here in So. Cal. Any jetting suggestions to get me started would be greatly appreciated.

I have my project Blaster put together. Performed a leak down test and noticed a significant leak at the bottom of my reed cage. (see pic). I re-torqued the bolts but still leaking. I sprayed the paper gasket with Permatex copper gasket maker prior to install. Any thoughts?

Also trying to diagnois a weak spark on my project Blaster. (not my expertise) The manual give the correct resistance with a pocket tester at 1k. It shows the spark plug cap to be 4 to 6k. Am I testing it it correctly? I assuming you dont have to cut into the wires leading to the coil. I'm...
