I can only run on reserve or it will bog with the gas on so I have to put it on reserve and itll run perfect???

I know this is dumb but i wanna clean the carb but i dont know how to take it off and if i figure it out im afraid i wont be able to put it back on so can someone tell me how to take it off? Thanks
