Thanks I will go back and check everything again, Im sure float is right and reeds are brand new and correct with man. but i will try the tooth paste tomarrow. have already done the silicone on intake gasket. Thanks for the help.

About half, just about the time it would hit the power band.

Nothing else changed. carb at factory settings ( for sure been thur it 6 times today). Fuel from tank flows great. When I rebuilt carb. had diagram to follow.

New reeds ,new plug, new fuel, rebuilt carb., 130 compression, and sorry just needing to get this thing going.

2001 all stock. Son was riding and reed broke, put new reeds in and now wont run right. it will idle great, has great throllte response, but put the thing into gear and take off it will only bearly hit the power band and acts like its runnin out of fuel. so in the process of rebuilding the...
