Where do I get a leak down tester? Ive never did one

I got a 96 blaster I just bought with no compression. I put a new top end with jug, plug, reeds, intake boot, cleaned carb, fresh gas and its still bogging. It had a 240 big bore kit, with a 260 main jet. I went back stock with a 66mm top end and jug. Please help. Its smoking bad and will not...
