Hey, I have a 2001 Blaster 200. I can't start the quad by kicking it. The only way I can start it is by pull-start, and once started it runs fine. If I shut it off, but start it right up again, it will start. But if I let it sit for a couple minutes, it won't kick over. I think it's...
