I got my 1999 blaster and it needs a new right crankcase any ideas on where to buy one from looked at a few websites and they were unavailable. Wondering if it could be welded or what the best thing to do would be. Anything helps thanks.

All the exhaust mods are brand new I’m not sure how they could be obstructed but will check

So I threw a 260 in and it fired up and idled. significantly helped with power but after a few minutes it got super hot and the pipe was glowing red hot. The spark plug is a BR8EG

Also the spark plug is wet and a sort of a brown color

Update: changed the jet to a 320 currently will run but only on the choke did the same with a 300 so bumped it up but with choke off on the 320 it sorta sounds like it’s backfiring but I’m not completely sure

Fixed the issue turns out I had a sheared woodruff key.

Have you checked the woodruff key to see if that is properly installed. I was having the same problem a few weeks ago and found out my woodruff key was missing and that would keep it from starting.

So recently I was riding my blaster around and all of a sudden it backfired a few times and will not start anymore. Quad has 160 psi for compression Vito’s +3 stroker crank and 240 big bore kit. Blaster gets great Spark and timing is right. Fuel is fresh and getting to the engine. Any Ideas on...
