alot of slightly blue smoke under throttle

i just got a used 2003 blaster , ran great for a day or so , now it smokes and pings under slightest throttle, then boggs if you go past 1/4th throttle , its supposedly bored but i havent taken the head off to see. i have good compression , carbs clean , good spark ... i just dont kno what it...
