Thanks for the input, i'll try the duct tape fix first...

I have a cracked crank case where the clutch pedal inserts unfortunately. I dont know if I should attempt to fix this myself or just take it to the shop. I was unsuccessful in finding a repair manual locally. I'm not afraid to tear into it and just wanted to see what I was getting myself into.

Thanks for the help everyone and sorry I posted in the wrong section. The seller is pretty reputable and said it runs well, just leaks oil out. I sure hope its the lesser problem of the two!

I'm a newb with ATV's and purchased an 01 Blaster for cheap. The owner said there's a cracked engine/ trans cover that needs replaced due to the chain breaking and hitting the case. Is this an easy fix?? I found some parts on ebay, if your have a chance please check out this item #150367862971...
