I make then for small stock intake/carbs or the larger 32-38mm intake/carbs.
They are made of schedule 80 PVC and come with the schrader (tire valve) fitting and the 0-15psi gauge. Basically, you take your carb off, put the fitting inside the intake boot, tighten the clamp down, Remove your exhaust pipe, plug the exhaust port with either a expandable plug, which i can't seem to find in pa- or a piece of old innnertube and bolt your exhaust flange on over the innertube, add 7psi of air, wait 5 minutes as long as you don't drop 2psi in 5 minutes, your good. If you have a leak, get out the dish soap/water sprayer and start at the intake boot work your way up to the head -where it bolts onto the cylinder, then the bottom of the cylinder , where it bolts to the bottom end, lastly spray around the case halves where they are sealed together.
