Does anyone have a picture of what the chain tensioner is supposed to look like? My quad (that I got used) is missing the setup and I need to see it so I can get a better idea of what I need to buy. Thx for the help

no, i can still get a nut on to hold the header to the engine, but only about 3/4 of the way. I'll call around and see what I can get.

The bolt is in fine, the end is just broken off. If i can order a new one, that will be fantastic.

i was having the hardest time threading on one of the bolts on the engine/exhaust stem that the header bolts onto, when I realize its because the stem is broken off. I can get a bolt threaded on about 3/4 of the way, but that is all. is this something I can repair?

Im having an extremely difficult time trying to get the crush gasket in between the engine and the header. I cant get it to stay centered inside the flange, and when I go to mount the header, it moves out of place. Im guessing this is why my exhaust is extremely loud. Any tips on keeping...

i searched and wasnt sure what post to go into so dont flame. I have a 2000 and I need a header (listed in other posts). Which model years exhaust will fit onto a 2000?
