This is on the hood of my 04. The parts diagram calls it a "binding screw" but I don't see anything for it to screw into. Perhaps the PO removed something. Thanks.

I just picked up a 2004 Blaster. It's got an FMF Gold Series Fatty with a PowerCore 2 silencer. I've got a lot of oil leaking around the exhaust flange so I want to get that all sealed up. I ordered a new gasket for at the cylinder already and plan to put some RTV Copper between the flange...
