carb help. will not start.

just a carb problem. throttle overide is disconnected. i took the carb off and apart, put it back together right away, messed with the throttle oride screw, and air fuel mix screw, and now it wont start, it seems like getting to much gas to the plug. what do i do. please help....

I have a 88 blaster and the kid said it has a wisco piston and bored out. to what i dont know. it ran fine for a while or under a load but then when coming to a stop it would die. After sitting for a few min it would start again. it seemed .like if i was at an idle or after a load it would run...
