ive got the same issue no tors delete fresh top end but the thing is my airbox lid is off

i have a 2003 yamaha blaster 200 and everytime i give it full throttle it bogs down and if i hold on the throttle while its bogging it will sputter and stay low rpms not revving it really high either one thing i noticed is that its missing one singular not on the bottom of the jug dont think...
