Ok so i found an exhaust for my quad.Picked up an fmf fatty with powercore 2 siliencer for 60 bucks.I thought man what a deal...Well it didnt come with the damn flange that bolts to the motor..Does anyone know were to get one or if a flange from an it175 would work?I've seen a pile of flanges...

I seen all those....Most are junk our way over priced...I'm lookin to spend around 50 bucks...

Yes i bought a complete used topend all parts are off the same quad.Wiseco piston and rings and honed cylinder before install.Ring gap was around .020

I would say a 300ex would totally eat this thing alive.I mean by multiple lengths.If that helps any..I'm really disappointed in it to tell you the truth.

The topend i bought didnt have a lot of time on it.I think one summer of occasional riding.No i didnt do a compression test.It doe's fire right up ..Just runs like poooo:o

Aright here's the deal.I replaced the top end on because of the piston.I bought a complete topend cylinder,head and piston from a buddy of mine for 60 bucks.I honed the cylinder before installing it and reused the piston and rings.I also ran it through 3 heat cycles just cause.Trust me it wasnt...

Hey everyone.I'm workin on a 2004 blaster and it was running like crap so i begin looking over it.Found the cylinder was wore out and the skirt on the reed side of piston was busted.Anyways the piston isa nauruma piston and has 100 stamped on the top.Is my cylinder maxed out??
