im almost positive its the TORS system. theres a sensor in your clutch and theres another somewhere else i believe. Does it start fine, idle fine just as soon as you give it gas it falls on its face?

Hey it sounds like your TORS system.. i had the same problem. does it idle, and start fine just as soon as you give it gas it bogs out and sputters really bad? if so that may be your problem

One other thing... if i woulda caught this before it broke would i still have to go throught the boring process and everyhting? or could i buy a new piston and just put it in?

ok got ya. you think i oughta just take the piston and the "jug" there? i dont really havva lotta cash to work with. Also since im gonna have it all apart, think theres anything else i might consider replacing or inspecting?

Na the top of the piston is fine. Just the bottom ehaust side is broken off> the sleeve dont have any guages in or nothing either

Well iv already got the engine off the bike. So you think i oughta open it up and clean it real well? What size and type of piston would you suggest buyin? Cuz i dont wanna buy one and it not fit or whatever.

The bottom exhaust side of the piston is broken off and there are little pieces of alluminum floating all through out the rest of the engine. The cylindar made it out with out any scratches. But im gonna need a new piston. Im not sure what size to by with out haven to replace the sleeve. Any One...
