LRD is generally known as a mid-top end pipe. I have personally ridden on both Toomey and LRD. The Toomey tends to have solid power throughout on a stock Blaster when added. My setup with my LRD is totally different. I'm running fairly high compression and have porting. However, for my setup, it's mainly a broad midrange pipe. If I went to a bigger carb it would be more of a top end pipe probably and rev out a little farther. I'd say it's powerband hits from about 40%-90% throttle with my current setup so fairly broad. With a larger carb, probably up to 50-100% and more peak power and a little less bottom end. It's a great pipe though.
