FYI. Dont go to long or you wont be able to bring up the front tires when needed. I went with 12 inches and it is to much. I would stay around 4 - 6inches. Ebay 200.00

Check the black wire coming from the key switch. If it is unplugged then it will start without the key. This is why they are so easy to steal . Make sure the wires are connected. If they are, swap the 2 black wires around. That should take care of it.
