Sorry I should have clarified there was no place for the tors to be plugged in on the twist throttle but there is a plug on the thumb throttle but I did not plugged it in

Hi fellas, I have a stock 97 blaster and picked up a used powercore 2 fmf slip on muffler. I have the bike stock other than the slip on. Would I need to rejet the carb still? Thanks
