Hi, I’m fixing my blaster because a bolt had come loose when my engine was running. It cracked the clutch cover and I was wondering if it also damaged the right engine case? See the picture attached. Not sure if that hole is supposed to be there.

Wanted to let you know that after installation the blaster runs great and shifts through every gear. Big thanks to Slydog and the others who helped.

Yes, I have oileed everything oiled up. I will be putting case halves together too. Is there anything that I have to line up correctly, Like clutch plates or clutch.

Reassembled the trans tonight.

After splitting the cases, it looks like that i did in fact have that dowel in there, so it might be one from the clutch side....

Will split cases and take photos of what's in side before I put together again, and no I did not have someone holding the input shaft, but I was spinning the output shaft with the sprocket on, sometimes it would get stuck but would eventually turn. when I was doing this I felt first gear engage...

I will have to split the cases, but that's exactly why I bought a tusk case splitter.. lol
