ok, the vaccume nipple on the right side (kickstarter side) of the carb was not plugged,, i found a hose to fit it and plugged it ,, so far i havent noticed any change but its very cold out and didnt feel like freezing lol,,,, will update tomorrow also checking prices on boreing the cylinder and rebuild kit
