Best thing you can do is sell it and buy a blaster. You can buy a good used blaster for what they sell those pos china atv's for new. And when they brake good luck finding parts and service. A blaster they made for 19 yrs lots of parts and service.

Get the yfz450 the raptor 350 has a 80's technology engine puts out about 22hp.The yfz450 puts around 45hp. You would need nitros on that 350 rapturd to even think about racing one. Also the raptor 350 has 80's suspension to go with that engine. It's a 80's era warrior 350 with new plastics.

Get the la sleeve it comes with a forged wiseco piston. But be aware by the time you pay a machine shop to install a sleeve kit and get it port matched. It might cost you more money than buying a good used vito's off ebay. If you keep your eye out they sometimes go pretty cheap.

I think you should check your compression to see where your at now. Then call or pm Flotek. He can mill your head or mabey reccomend a starting point. But talk to a pro for sure.

The sticky at the top of the page say's up to .035 more than that will require race gas.Once you get it milled check the compression i think anything over 155 psi will require race gas.

I say if it runs good get it. You can find cheap parts on ebay to fix her up. But be aware blasters are very addictive. My blaster was 4yrs old when i bought it and paid $1200 but I have at least another $1400 spent on it over the years. Yamaha gave them the right name the are a blast.

The best out there is the L.A. sleeve sonic 240 then Airsal phantom 240,then vito's 12 port 240, then L.A. sleeve's 240 sleeve kit in a stock cylinder. But they all need some porting to reach their full potenial.

Are you racing? Are you limited to 200cc max? If so you won't be able to run the stroker crank it will put you over 200cc. But if you can go over 200cc everything FloTek reccomended. He knows how to make power and has very happy customer's
